We Are Hiring: Office Supervisor

Ards Business Hub is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Office Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced office professional with a passion for leadership and organisation.

Location: Ards Business Hub, Sketrick House, Newtownards
Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid options available | 30–37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a small team of administrative staff
  • Manage office operations, scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Oversee inventory and meeting space supplies
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and seminars
  • Maintain the company website and support marketing strategy
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and enhance client interactions
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs (A–C) including English and Mathematics
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management or team supervision
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing
  • Experience in event management and marketing
  • Familiarity with social media and website content management
