Ards Business Hub is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Office Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced office professional with a passion for leadership and organisation.
Location: Ards Business Hub, Sketrick House, Newtownards
Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid options available | 30–37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a small team of administrative staff
- Manage office operations, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Oversee inventory and meeting space supplies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and seminars
- Maintain the company website and support marketing strategy
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures
- Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and enhance client interactions
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs (A–C) including English and Mathematics
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management or team supervision
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and internal auditing
- Experience in event management and marketing
- Familiarity with social media and website content management
