Peter Magee is a coach with the international business coaching company ActionCOACH.

Meet the business:

Peter is using the experience he has gained in senior management roles over the past 20 years to coach company owners looking to develop their businesses and create a healthy work-life balance.

He was ready for a fresh challenge himself, wanting to give something back to the business community in Northern Ireland. He chose ActionCOACH, a worldwide established franchise, because he felt the global reach and experience of the company gave a strong framework of support that would deliver strong results for his clients.

His goal is to help 1000 local businesses over the next ten years to face the challenges of time, team and money in order to flourish and grow. He added: “Coaching is like having a business gym; we want to help businesses, make them stronger and healthier by addressing any issues that are holding them back.”
